Celebrations – Parties at MyState BOFA
MyState BOFA Film Festival is Tasmania’s first major film festival and we want to ensure that it’s a memorable experience for both locals and visitors. Actors, directors and film lovers will enjoy a packed social programme, making the festival an affair to remember!
While MyState BOFA has its serious side- to highlight great films which can make a positive difference to the way we live- it will also have its fun side and a packed social program will ensure that every visitor has a great time in Launceston, and an opportunity to see more of the beautiful Tamar Valley and of Australia’s spectacular island state.
MyState BOFA will be working closely with the region’s premium food and wine producers to highlight the great range of produce available, from prime meats and seafoods to superb cheeses, fruits and honey. The Tamar Valley vineyards have a growing international reputation, already renowned for their sparkling wine, pinot noir and aromatic white wines, and there are more than 20 vineyards open for tastings, seven days a week.
Launceston is also the home of Boag’s, one of Australia’s favourite premium beers and the city features many award winning restaurants and bars.
